When someone claims a reward, it is not sent immediately. Claims are grouped into batches and processed as single Cardano transactions. This keeps things fast and reliable, especially during busy events.
What to expect
Most claims settle within a minute. During peak activity, a queue indicator appears on your campaign dashboard showing how many claims are waiting. This is normal and the queue drains continuously.
Retries and failures
Note
If a transaction fails, the system retries automatically. If all retries are exhausted, the claim is marked as failed and the code becomes available again. No codes are lost.
